For Alice Savage, philanthropy has a global perspective
Life has taken Alice Savage in several interesting directions. As a doctor, she has specialized in infectious diseases and cared for patients at the U.S. Veterans Administration. As a volunteer, she has served children around the world.

For Michael Iafrato, Kiwanis provides a family feeling
Michael Iafrato grew up with a passion for service. But in 1993, the New York native was a college freshman at St. Leo College in Florida—and he was looking for a way to fulfill that passion in his new surroundings.
He found it with the school's Circle K International club. In fact, Michael ended up being one of the most dedicated and accomplished members of the club, becoming a three-term lieutenant governor. Read more
