Gift Annuities
We offer Gift Annuities through the Community College League, which has a license to sell annuities on behalf of California community college foundations. The program trustee is TIAA CREF. Only cash and/or negotiable securities are accepted for annuities. The minimum amount to create an annuity is $5,000, and the minimum age for receiving payments is 60 years of age. The payout schedule is the same as the American Council on Gift Annuities. Please call for a free confidential consultation.
