Abigail Geisinger displayed extraordinary vision and generosity in founding her hospital in 1915. Her initial gift and the subsequent support from her estate plan set in motion a series of philanthropic moments that have transformed and propelled Geisinger over the years. Her challenge to us is to sustain the vision through our own generosity so that her hospital will continue to redefine boundaries as a leader in healthcare serving the people of this great region.
The Abigail Geisinger Circle has been established to recognize and honor those who, through thoughtful planning, will provide their own philanthropic moment in Geisinger’s history with their legacy gift. An Invitation to Join the Abigail Geisinger Circle
Members of the Abigail Geisinger Circle have expressed their commitment to Geisinger Health System Foundation through a very special and important form of financial support.
These donors have named the Foundation as the ultimate beneficiary of a planned gift. Such gifts might include a bequest and/or charitable income gifts, such as charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder unitrusts, charitable remainder annuity trusts, or gifts of life insurance.
