Message from the Founders
Founder Karen Fox, as Raggedy Ann,
brings joy to Anna Coleman, age 100,
hospitalized with a broken hip. At heart, the Adventures in Caring mission is all about the healing power of love. It is this love that is the active ingredient in all of our programs, projects, and publications, and we have that on our side when it comes to sustaining the mission. It is such love that, where there is despair, brings hope; and where there is sadness, joy. It is this love that is patient and enduring and stronger than death. We have been true to this great love throughout the first 25 years of AiC’s history, and we have abiding faith that it is this love that will carry this noble mission far into the future. We warmly invite you to join us in building a movement to perpetuate the practice of compassion in the service of healing. One of the best ways to sustain our mission beyond our own lifetimes is to remember Adventures in Caring in your estate plans, with a will bequest or trust provision.
